How Tonnage prices a job

  1. Sizes the pile. Gemini Vision estimates cubic yards from the photo, calibrated against known-volume reference loads.
  2. Reads the load. Detects mattresses, appliances, electronics, hazmat, tires — the items that wreck a bid when you miss them.
  3. Prices the dump. Looks up tipping fees for your ZIP’s nearest transfer station (we maintain price books for the top 50 metros, fallback national average elsewhere).
  4. Lays it down. Labor at $85/hr/person blended, materials, surcharges, then a margin-protected bid range.
